I just use regular rechargeable batteries and you can always play with no batteries if the controller is connected via USB-C, for those who want to save $15
Micro-USB is crime!

I think the charge kit appears to have micro USB charging, not the controller itself, which is USB C

This doesn't come with the wireless PC adapter, correct? How is the performance using Bluetooth?

I actually looked into this recently. 8BitDo makes an adapter that allows you to use other controllers like this one on the Switch.

It's an option. If you happy with regular rechargeable batteries, stick with it. I have both, play and charge kit. I usually rotate around.

If they used this in the Titan sub, they would have survived.

I have a Gamesir for a couple months now. I paid $40 on amazon. It Has two extra buttons on the back that i click accidently allt he time, but they anre't mappedto anything so no problem. The cable is long and well made, but is kind of a hassle sometimes, like when i want to go to the potty or yabbadabadoo and not have to undress out of my gaming gear.. So that's why I'm debating getting this one. THe microsoft ones seem so sturdy. they dont last very long, which is why ai got a gamesir. I think the microsoft one is more responsive, but the gamesir is mure tunable... except for the sound volume can't turn it upon the gamesir.
