Trying to close out first month with Metro (iPhone 12) and moving to Total for Edge. 😁
Also, based on delays so far - is this still worth trying?
Motorola has like 5 different "Edge" phones.
Likewise, I purchased a Moto G Power 2024 from Straight Talk a few months ago (slickdeals front page) and you can't unlock the bootloader (nor root it). There was also a big SIM unlocking fiasco after 2 months where no one got unlocked until mass FCC complaints arose.
Mine also throws an error and looks the same

You don't necessarily have to port in the same number given at time of order. You can port in any number (new to TracFone brands) when you go to activate the phone.

The value in the Quantity field is invalid. Ensure the value is a positive integer and try again.
Same message showing to me. Any luck?
There's no time limit, but the 60 day unlock period may not start. Since it's Verizon sold it's supposed to start from the day of delivery regardless... But .. it's best not to gamble and have to fight with them later. Activate when it arrives, make a test call, then you know the 60 day unlock counter is ticking.

According to Moto's website, this can do it via usb out (as well as wireless), which is essential in my view. Wireless dex/ready-for etc. is too latency rich.
I have heard rumors than android in general will get a desktop alternate view like this, but you'd still need a phone that outputs via usb, which the vast majority do not.
