For me to wait a year for a Samsung device with 5-7 years of updates would be worth waiting the 1 year.
Moto really must step up it's updates or they will loose ground.

- Clear cache and cookies
- Close all browser windows and restart.
- Go thru the link and start the process all over, create new account with new email
- Go thru the id verification process right away using the QR code on the phone
- then finally this time the discount is applied to the cart, checkout and done... let's see if it actually ships.

Have you tried to activated it on tracfone website instead of total? Not sure if that could bypass the new number requirement.
