I never trust any retail store for Metro, Boost or Total. They find a bunch of hidden fees to fatten the bill.
The phone reps [more than 1] argued with me that the moto g styl 2023 does not use esim... im looking at the settings while talking to them and tellin me im wrong. Bunch of useless script readin foreigners handling things they shouldnt

Immediately after status check said "We encountered an issue while processing your port. Please contact our Customer Care Center in order to resolve this issue."
Now under lines/devices it says "Activation in Progress Your device is in the process of being activated. Please wait five minutes......."
Also. After the phone unlocks and I go back T-mobile will I be able to swap in my T-mobile SIM and go if I have a financed phone under that line/number? We have 3 lines. Two have financed phones and one is unassigned/unused. Will they require me to pay off the full balance of my financed phone if I try to use this phone under that line and if so is their a way around that (ie swapping my old primary to the unused line to continue making payments and putting the edge on my primary)?
