It might look cool, but resin printers are not for the casual user. Really hazardous stuff that shouldn't be used in your living space and needs serious ventilation and care in handling to avoid health issues.

But it has a carbon filter so you can't smell the unhealthy nasty stuff so that you don't get annoyed that you are poisoning yourself and those who live with you!

I mean, kind of. Most people can take easy precautions to avoid any dangers. Good call out to be careful, but it's no more dangerous than cleaning with a bunch of chemicals that the everyday person does. Gloves, masks, ventilation, and air purifier, then you're good to go.
