The same thing happened to me. Submitted order, received an error, giftcard balance drained, but no order confirmation. It has been more than a week and still no refund and the customer representatives are unhelpful.

OP for the deal posted last week, nothing but risk rejected. I've heard people have trouble redeeming the GC they bought. All and all this is one fxcked up merchant.

I just did 3x $100 today and paid with PayPal for Chase 5% with 0 issues. Got 2 physical GC for the wife and 2 digital GC for myself (Google Play & PlayStation) that were redeemed without issue.

Me neither, and the promo code isn't listed on the page anymore... when I tried to check out earlier they took all payments off-line, i think they got overwhelmed by the slick deals squad
