Rice and beans comes with the first plate only. Subsequent plates are only tacos.

This endless tacos promo has been going been going on for a while, but I wasn't aware it was ending. Not sure what people are complaining about in the thread, as most Mexican sit down places set you back much more than $10 just for 2 tacos, not counting the included rice and beans, and complimentary chips and salsa. Some people like to complain for the sake of complaining or putting down chain eateries. With food prices these days, it's an amazing deal, and I've been more than satisfied with the quality of the meal both times I've taken advantage of this endless tacos promotion at my local On the Border. Thanks for sharing OP!

I did 8 and felt like I was gonna explode, waitress didn't slow walk the refills either so she got a good tip

they are very good tacos, large size and packed with meat

This isn't a bad deal, but these aren't exactly gourmet tacos. It's their basic shredded chicken and ground beef taco. I like OTB chips and salsa and if you combine this with happy hour specials it's a good deal, just don't go in expecting too much.
