Is the straw made of plastic? I like the bottle but I have been trying to find plastic free ones.

How did you get it replaced? What was wrong with it?

I went to their website and hit their warranty tab and just followed their instructions. And it lost insulation.

I've msg that company multiple times with warranty claims but no reply. Maybe it's my luck? Gl

Both statements are true Smilie This is the lowest they've been, and have also been this price for a few weeks now.

Not the biggest fan of this bottle. I used it for a year and it is a hassle to clean, also the fact that you have to suck from a straw limits your water intake vs if you just drink from a bottle where the lid opens. Now I'm using a Takeya 32 oz and love it

Love this bottle, I have the exact setup and it's my go-to during hot summer months. Fill with ice and sip away, stays cold all day long.

How much better these work than other similar bottles is amazing. I've had cold water in mine after leaving it in my car on a 100+ degree day for about 6 hours. I have Thermo flasks and others and none of them compare. This price is really good.
