Curious if anyone had an experience with your online order return refund. I'm having the most difficult time with them with this issue. They refuse to give me a refund and ghosted me twice while in chat.

I have returned 6 pairs of shoes purchased online this year. I also did exchange for different a different size once or twice. The exchange was fast but the returns were very slow. Some of the refund took almost 2 months to complete. I saw the return items were received in my account. I just waited. I have tried also to return the online order at the store. It turned out they would just mail it in for you.

Sucks that most of the hiking shoes on sale are always gore Tex.

Happened to me last year...I got items from eBay and created 2 return orders for the same order. Since I only had 1 box I shipped everything in that 1 box. All the items were going to the same place and were in the same order. I got the refund for all the items that were with the correct label. Never got the money back for the"extra" items in the box. I tried multiple chats, emails, everything but they never returned the money.

Is it over? Clearance prices show while browsing and adding to cart. Go to cart, all prices reload as full price.

Goretex is great for wet ground. A goretex jacket is great in a downpour. In a downpour your gotetex shoes will fill and soak with water that has nowhere to go. It takes forever to dry those shoes out. In a hot humid and rainy climate I want shoes that dry out quickly.

I tired goretex boots in the military and quickly switched back to my regular combat boots. The jacket i still use when it rains.

Same here, it took me over 3 months to get my refund on GF, chat and with call, their customer service never follow up.

Adidas sent me the wrong items for a $50 order. Email support replies every 2-3 days and I now I have to waste my time and gas money to return their mess up. Then it will take 7-10 more days for a refund. One of the worst customer service experiences I've had from a company this big.

They told me 2-months. I disputed with CC after 2 weeks. 2 months is ridiculous, not timely, and not specified in their T&Cs.

Update: I made another attempt to contact them, this time by phone. I finally received my refund after two months of waiting. I believe that if I hadn't reached out, it would have taken them even longer to issue the refund. This was my first experience buying from Adidas online, and it will be my last.

Im still awaiting 2 refunds and 1 exhange myself...all of which i shipped together in 1 box (per their request after i asked)...yikes.
