Thanks OP! I just added a google voice number to my google account and ported that in. Takes no time at all. You'll need to go to GV settings and pay $3.00 to unlock the number. You'll also need to enable the "Call to Listen" setting under Voicemail which will let you set a PIN which Metro will ask for. You'll also need the google account number which is just the phone number.

Just tried USMobile. Getting the port out information requires a chat or call to their customer service.

USMobile wouldn't give me the port out info. Their reason was because they're not allowed to give it if you're in the custom plan. I signed up for the $4 plan.

just ordered one using visible. It works. But finds out visible can't delete primary payment? Is my credit card stays on until it expires? Anyone knows? Thanks

That seems like a place for an FCC complaint. It's not legal to hold your number hostage.

unable to add 3rd line. getting error as "please contact us to complete your order" message.
also tried creating a new account and even then same error. Called Metro support team and they does not understand or do not want to help. Could be due to same name ? or same credit card numbers or phone number on contact ? or address ? no idea what the issue is.

Shipping address is on their block list. Try a different one or add/change an apartment number.

Visible single line per account (email address), the credit card will stay, but seems not preventing you to use in the other account. Every family/address could open several lines, right? But I don't the line limit from each address though.

I signed up with Metro and got the iphone 13 a week ago. I accidentally port out a few day later to get the Total $15 plan. Does Metro allows me to signup again to get either iphone 13 or 12?

It told me price of 99. When I port but price becomes 479 in the cart. What does this mean? Plan becomes 35 so that make sense since I have one line where I bought iPhone 12.
