Thanks OP! I just added a google voice number to my google account and ported that in. Takes no time at all. You'll need to go to GV settings and pay $3.00 to unlock the number. You'll also need to enable the "Call to Listen" setting under Voicemail which will let you set a PIN which Metro will ask for. You'll also need the google account number which is just the phone number.

With the trial you can't port out. you need to sign up and add referral code to get the line for $5 the first month.

1. Is it possible to order more than one at the same time?
2. I ordered one, tried to login with the phone number and pin I just created. It fails to login.
3. Would it be okay if I place another order as a new customer again?
1. No. Metro ordering system isn't set up to order more than one device in one order.
2. Did you activate the 1st one that you ordered? The 1st one must be active. When you log in with the phone number of the 1st one, and the 8-digit PIN that you selected, Metro will send a 6-digit security code to the 1st phone. You'll need to enter that 6-digit code to log in.
3. You can create a new account, but it should be under another name, another email, another credit card, same street address is fine.

When I try to port my Tracfone number the program links the number to VERIZON WIRELESS-CA.
I'll call tomorrow and see if customer service can help me.

Referrals aren't hard to find. Probably the easiest part of the situation

Tracfone is Verizon's MVNO and Verizon wireless is correct for TF number.

Once the menu popup, which mode did you select? There is no instruction that come with this. The menu changes over time
I don't remember the exact name but it was the MetroPCS 5G one. It remembers my Tmo SIM so it doesn't show the menu anymore, until I put in a SIM from another carrier than T-mobile.

I'm getting the same issue. Already have two lines and trying to add a third. No matter what I try, online order, phone order, it doesn't go through. And they can't tell me why.
Did this work? Mine does not.

Nope, no luck. Nobody at Metro could tell me what was the issue. I gave up.
My guess is some limit by address
