PSA:
Been with t-mobile for ages. There has been a lot of changes. Thought I would share with you.
1. Forever Upgrade now changed to Yearly Upgrade.
Good News, but not for everyone, limited. Please check PER line in your account. If you bought iphone 13 during launch time, you were enrolled in "Forever Upgrade", meaning that you can trade in that iphone for $800 every 2 years. Now it changed to "Yearly Upgrade", which in my opinion is much better. You can now upgrade every year (androids & iphone), if u trade in that eip phone every year at decent value, and tmo will pay off the old eip second year when u enroll in the new eip. Note: Redeem your Yearly Upgrade in any T-Mobile store or at the T-Mobile kiosk in Costco. Apple store/online, walmart store/online and samsung store/online will NOT qualify.

2. T-mobile will NO LONGER pay the drip monthly balance if you pay in full ahead of schedule. For example, if you bought a phone on eip over 24 months, and pay off entire phone amount on 3rd month, then t-mobile will not give back your drip credit after 3rd month, so DO NOT pay off early. This impacts iphone most because iphone will be locked the entire 24 months unless u buy iphone via apple. Android phone will get 1 month unlock for international travel.
3. Trade in value for discounted plan will be less ($200 less), eg: 55+, Military, First Responder, ....
Sorry if it's not good news to you, don't down vote this please. But as t-mobile customer, the above will impact a lot of SDer, including grand fathered plans.

Anyone know where I can find a plan benefits summary/listing for the Military plan? I have it, but I have no idea what upgrades and when, and the cost, I have access to.
