The Q80C is a better TV, but whether or not those differences mean anything to you, $200 is either a lot for nothing, or good price ratio for the better local dimming and HDR gradient.
I really can't weigh in on my own personal tastes, but I'd go with the Q80C if I were buying a TV for my parents, since I'm personally am looking at The Q90D to go below $1500.

Just the fact that is listed even if not unavailable as a W+ plus member makes me want to pass HOWEVER the QN65Q80DAFXZA is $989 with potentially $50 off from Samsung dot com with edu/epp and is available so cheaper than this deal
