Been drinking PRIMO water for years (refill the 5 gal jug at the grocery).
There was a sale on a Brita water pitcher and I tried it. I can definitely taste the difference, and it is not good. The Brita goes into storage, and I will only break it out during the Winter when I may not be able to go to the store during heavy snow and inclement weather. Better than drinking straight tap.

Fijian here and I grew up in the mountains where this water is sourced from. Fiji Water is owned by Americans (and thus the marketing in USA). In the early years, they were using cheap local labor and underpaying locals (think Chinese labor). They paid government officials $$$$$ to get away with this.
Eventually when social media came around (and a new government), the truth was revealed and Fiji Water then agreed to pay Fijian goverment subsidiary. But even at that, its a crooked company and the actual profits is going to rich Americans.
But yes, the water is as natural as it can get. I grew up hunting in these mountains and we used to drink the water straight from the streams flowing down. It's a volcanic area so natural minerals etc are in it as well.
And to this day, there are still rural villages that dont have clean drinkging water while "Fiji Water" continues to make millions of profit using local resources (and labor).
