I take some photos just to be sure, then open it up... and sure enough... it's a sheet of f'in metal just sitting in the box with no iPad. Worst part is just how much time i wasted and now sitting on the phone with a target agent.

ETA: No relevant Circle offer was available in my account. But then a while after I placed the order, they added the $15 off offer. Ah well, guess I should be happy enough to have gotten my order in at all.
