Ugh... got the last one in the area, store pick-up... when i get home and look at the box it feels a little bit beat up and the seals just look a tiny bit... off...

I take some photos just to be sure, then open it up... and sure enough... it's a sheet of f'in metal just sitting in the box with no iPad. Worst part is just how much time i wasted and now sitting on the phone with a target agent.

Apple supposedly will announce the base iPad 11 in the Oct 2024 event which will use the A18 chip (or A17 pro). Anyone know how this likely compares to a Pro M2 11 ? I'm with folks on the 12.9, that one seems too big. I guess you can always order and leave it in the box till end of October where you can know for certain whether the new base 11 is better than a 2 year-old pro.

Trying really hard to decide which one to keep to replace my old iPad Pro 10.5" from 2017. I was able to get an 11" 128 GB for $495, an 11" 512 GB for $680, and a 13" 256 GB for $742. I will only open and keep one. I would have only purchased the 11" 128 GB for $495, but it was out of stock when I originally looked and purchased the other two. It came back in stock a couple hours later.

Mine was accurate so it's worth checking. Mine said they had 1 in stock but it wasn't available for pickup. The lady pulled it up on her scanner and then went to the back to get it.

Want vs need Wink I'm in the same boat. I got the 11 512GB but really wanted to get 256GB which was OOO. Depends on how much space you've left on your 2017 one, you could keep the smaller vs the more space one. Unless of course if you want the 13" one.
