All of mine were factory sealed and come back on apple site with AppleCare. So that's super strange

I also think the blue is prolly the coolest one but would've taken any color at this price
I've seen the Blue in person and it's a very nice color way. I have the space gray and it's my favorite, but the Blue is more unique. I'd personally keep the AppleCare +. I know plenty of people who bought at launch who have never had an issue with them, but there are internet reports of problems popping up.

After you've tried once to get this fixed with normal CSR and failed, contact Email Amazon Executive Relations. They'll fix it for you. I've had a lot of issues with getting promised a fix from regular customer service, and it never happening. Email address:

Called Amazon to cancel AC+..What a pain and waste of time. The agent took my info and messaged Apple in my behalf. Supposedly Amazon cant just refund AC+..they need to get Apple involved
