Some of the reviews say there was only one bag in the shipment. It would be a good reason to get a refund and you wouldn't have to return the coffee, if someone is so inclined.

I called Amazon and they couldn't figure it out because there is contradictory information.

Worth a shot. It'll probably end up being cancelled. If not, worst case is that I'll get a free bag after a quick phone call. Best case is that I'll get 6 bags.
