For $450 you can get 2 ubiquiti u7 access points and a poe switch. Blanket your house in wifi for cheaper than this single router

It's pretty bleeding edge. I wouldn't buy it, but it's got two 10 gig ports, plus an additional four 2.5 gig, and what should be top tier wifi performance and wifi 7. We're finally getting to the point where consumer equipment supports 10 gig. In a few years, these specs will hopefully be a lot more reasonable, but they need to be exorbitant before they can be reasonable.

I just got a similar deal through a Best Buy price match to B&H photo's $702 price, plus a $50 bonus reward on any purchase over $500 for my best buy plus members.

While this router is insanely overkill for most users, I'm using it to get a 10Gb connection to my NAS for work. My older ASUS AX-11000 is already pushing 2Gbps to my desktop PC, two floors up. If this gets me closer to 4+Gbps, it'll make a noticeable difference for work.

Unless you have a niche scenario where multiple 10G ports and boat loads of bandwidth are important/noticeable, you'll be better served with a cheaper model.

Side note, I don't have Ethernet wired up to my office and it's too expensive/too big of a hassle to run the wires so I need 10Gb ports and fast Wi-Fi in a single unit.
