Assume a joke, but off the head math says 400 watts per hour on solar panels max, so unless using 4kwh batteries to charge your 75+ kwh tesla (which would only be good to get you a few miles to next charge station)... Would take you about 200-250hrs of sunlight minimum to charge car (not accounting for losses)

Aka approx a month of straight sunny weather to charge a tesla lol

I'm trying to find a setup that gets me maybe 5-10% charge per day just to run camp mode and be able to use the heat/AC overnight without completely draining down the battery over a week. I wouldn't mind covered the whole roof, windshield, and hood with panels, and or mounting some to the top of a sturdy pop-up tent.

That's actually close to what I'm looking for, around 5% per day or closer to 10% ideally.
