I had some old pairs of Lucky Jeans that were made in USA. The last pair I got was made in Mexico, and weren't nearly the same quality. According to Amazon these are made in China so I'm not going to have too much hope on these.

In July 2020, Lucky Brand filed for bankruptcy, and was acquired by Authentic Brands Group.
Now the brand is licenced to slap on cheap chinese products along with a host of other brands that used to be good quality such as: Izod, Nautical, Quicksilver, Juicy Couture, Greg Norman Shark, Eddie Bauer, Aéropostale, Airwalk, Billabong, Rockport, Reebok and many more.
This is why you see these brands at Walmart and TJ Max now.

I love lucky brand, last 4-5 years compared to Levi's I bought that barley made it a year from crotch split. But u can find god pairs at outlet malls or on sale for 40-60$ and be able to feel quality and get the right size. I have had to get different sizes depending on fit and material.

FYI the 221 Straight Jeans made in china are also sold at Costco. I'm not sure if they're in stock currently, but they tend to every year for around $24. Color may differ.

Lucky are the only jeans I've had which tore at the top corners of the back pockets creating holes exposing my underwear if I was wearing them

I thought I was imagining things when it seemed like my older pairs (pre bankruptcy) were better quality and material than pairs I bought after.
