I couldn't disagree with you more. I have bought dozens and dozens of things from the website. If there is an issue, the CS is quick to respond and be willing for a refund and/or return. A very legit company

Just be aware that their earbuds, even ones labeled as "new", are not actually new.

Ordered 3 that were "new" - one had connectivity issues, the other 2 were clearly not new (earwax, smudges, etc)

I'd be weary buying car seats here in case they were used. Be sure to check the manufacture date and there's no sign of wear.

Website is a lot more sketchy vs ebay. Open and like new have been terrible for me.

I'm second this ive spent a ton with them and the few and far between times I had an issue customer service solved it promptly

I can confirm this, I bought used (they were labeled as such) earbuds and some of the ear tips had ear wax, farking gross.

And the earbuds themselves had faulty batteries that wouldn't keep a charge. I returned them and got a very prompt refund.

Company seems legit, they just have some bad used stuff (earbuds)

different experiences. All of my items from website came in defective one way or another. All my purchases through ebay has been good. Now, my purchases are mainly for the sony earbuds xm5/5 and headphones xm4. I gift them so I buy regularly. Now I just stick to ebay :/

I purchased buds awhile ago and it worked fine until the battery gave out. I recently ordered headphones a few months back and returned them but was never refunded. I had to contact them myself. Check on your refund if you've returned something.
