Good detail, though per CCC I was only seeing the low as $15.99(?).

For me the "OK" deal was helpful to reach the $35 threshold in combination with a different Wal-Mart deal.

Relatively easy build, was able to do it with my 3.5yo helping without issue. Not the best construction though - lots of exterior elements hanging on by a single stud kind of thing.
