This is for just the hardware. The plywood is something you have to supply

Just an fyi, but you can get a 4 pack of plate casters and screw them to the bottom of a sheet of plywood and it may work better to suit your needs. The upside to these are that they are low profile but the downside is they don't swivel so you have to pivot and that style of casters likes to catch so they don't sit down all the way unless you move them back and forth a bit. Also, they stick out further than whatever is on them so you end up having a tripping hazard out in front. Great for something like a jointer or a bandsaw where you can have the bed overlay the area of the wheels so you wouldn't be stepping there anyway but for something like a drill press or a sander it might not be ideal.

Seems like a good deal. There are cheaper options but not for 400 lbs weight capacity. If you don't need to hold nearly that much weight then I'd say you can find something cheaper. Otherwise, from what I've looked up it seems like a well made product. Going to try it on a drill press stand.

I have my table saw on this, its ok. It gets stuck on the cuts in the slab in my barn but a just lift the side to clear it, the saw has rails that make it pretty easy.
For the plywood I think I stacked to sheets of 5/8 or 1/2

I have this kit for my bandsaw. Works great, and I'd buy another at this price if I needed it. As a prior poster mentioned, it can catch itself on the seams of your concrete, but I just move it diagonally so only one wheel hits the seam at a time and it goes over with no issue.

any 3/4" will do. I'll likely buy a sheet of 3/4" advantech and use that.
