I got this from a previous Black Friday deal. It was very tough to put this together as some of the pieces are not aligned. I wouldn't recommend this unless something has changed from a design perspective.

Does anybody make a good/decent one that you would recommend for a 7 year old? Thank you.

Can't speak on the quality of this vendor. But when I was a kid growing up in a humble home.

My aunt bought this set. And it lasted us a few years and we had a lot of fun!

So maybe well worth it for a family in need, of a mix of games.

I got the best choice products 10 in 1 multi game table. It's listed around $150 at Amazon but I got a new one at fb marketplace for about 60$. It's a decent quality product, not very light. Keeps kids busy with multiple games.

I grew up a middle-class kid. I was raised by a hardworking mother, who like so many people across our nation, had big dreams and aspirations for her children.

Yep i really want one for my old self and for my kids who are in middle school. And i'm ok with paying something for middle of the road that offers some options. But this size alone is not practical for any decent play. This is more for little kids. But little kids want to play what older kids and what adults play with. And none of the latter players want to tocuh this due too being flimsy and extremely tiny to play for any significant amount of time. So it gets pushed to the side of the room to collect dust to eventually get broken by someone storing some heavy boxes.

My son has been asking for something like this. He is 7.5 years old. This seems like maybe a little small even for 2nd graders? Anyone have a recommendation on a better suited one?

These are toss away toys. Great for kids but they'll eventually grow out of it. The quality isn't that great. So, if adults are playing it, it's more likely to break. Pretty easy to chop into pieces once you had your fun.

I've had to extra screw the legs after it was starting to fall apart and that's cause people kept bumping into the table. And since this one doesn't have a bar across on the bottom, the legs are more prone to damage. You can add some wood for more stability.
