Oh my god I just spent 4 hours putting stuff in my cart to figure out what qualifies and the coupon just expired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I made an account but the 40% isn't being applied automatically to the cart like the description says. I'm going all the way to the final checkout screen but it's still the same as the original clearance price. I'm only able to use the 20% discount code. Am I doing something wrong?

Well, took a real chance on open box 27" LG gaming monitor for 78 bucks:

I was able to place an order at 9 am (west coast time) this morning with the 40% off. I had 1 item in my cart last night (an oscillating fan), then I added 2 more items this morning (a dress shirt and chukka boots) and I could still see the 40% off applying to all of them. Maybe they're reclassifying a bunch of items as no longer clearance?

I was able to order a few days ago but they canceled my order. I checked with them and they said they had an issue with their website and inventory. I checked today and all the items I wanted are still in stock at the same price but one. Trying to have them order the 40% and 20% because this is not right.

I ordered a couple of things from Secondipity when the discounts were valid, and received my items last week. Was wondering if anyone had similar (bad) experiences?

Both lamps that I ordered came with the box and styrofoam interior completely smashed (and the glass lampshades shattered). I bought two identical lamps, and they came in two different packages. They were both supposed to be new, but I think one of them might have been previously opened.

Also, I ordered a few 4K movies. All were supposed to be brand new, but 1 case was already opened, and had all of the paper inserts removed (so the digital movie codes were gone).

I'm going to go through their return process now, and hopefully it'll go smoothly. But I really didn't expect to have to return so many items.
