I've flown them twice. While it's true that they charge you for everything, it's a muchhhh different experience than other similar US budget airline carriers. The customer service is amazing and prices for food/drinks were very cheap (e.g Asahi was less than $2 USD). Japanese airlines (even a budget airline) are on another level.

This is a Japanese airline (I think owned by ANA or Japan Air, so is nowhere near Spirit airlines quality when it comes to service.

as its a budget airline, you will be charged for pretty much everything, even for a blanket in the lie flat seats. so pack light. and get some food and water on the ground and bring it on the plane. still probably better than spirit though.

I've flown them twice. While it's true that they charge you for everything, it's a muchhhh different experience than other similar US budget airline carriers. The question is how do you get back? The one way flight is cheap but how about the return?

Common with Japanese websites. Their main site for booking is a little bit more modern than their site for press releases

???You buy round trip/two one ways from the beginning ..same price only double

I flew EVA a while ago for just a bit over the price for this when you include bags

A lot of Japanese airlines are like that ., even JAL which I would say is a pretty world class airline has a 90's website .
