i understand parboiled white rice as a way to
decrease starch increase fiber and decrease pollutants
but i can't find any logic in parboiling brown rice
other than to decrease pollutants.
parboiling is all the rage at my indian grocer
as a way to assure consumers that there is
no arsenic in the rice.
