I ordered this exact model on June 12th with delivery on July 9th. Originally paid $1413.59 + tax (after military discount) and looking now, can configure for the same price. I got another $150 back from a cashback site. At the time I received $88 in Lenovo rewards that I used on a usb dock for my Steam Deck. If you take into account the cash back and rewards, I paid $1175.59 + tax.
Shipping box does give away what's in it but had no issues. Delivered via UPS with free 2 day delivery (Lenovo members). Desktop was packaged perfectly and had no loose cables or connections. Signature is required on delivery and cannot redirect to a UPS store.
Notes:
This configuration is great for 1080p and 1440p gaming. All my games run at high/ultra settings with frame rates above 100 FPS. It runs warm when gaming and I don't hear the fans much at all. I paired this computer with a 4K monitor and I am able to achieve frame rates from 60-100 FPS with settings maxed on Baldurs Gate 3, Call of Duty Black Ops 6 beta, Diablo IV (ray tracing on), No Man Sky and Once Human to name a few. With DLSS on, most games will push over 100 FPS at 4K.
Bios does not allow adjustment for memory speed. Sticks are Sk Hynix DDR5 rated for 5600mhz according to the sticker but run at 5200mhz. BIOS version is O5SKT32A.
2nd M.2 SSD slot is under the GPU (4070 Ti Super is a 3 fan card). You have to remove the GPU (careful of fan blades as it's a tight fit!) to install a 2nd SSD. I installed a 2TB crucial SSD for my games. Also, recommend a magnetic screw driver to reinstall the bracket screws as the distance requires a long skinny screw driver and minimal space between the GPU and front fans. No need to remove the bracket on the GPU.
The 4070 TI Super also blocks use of the PCI express slot just below it. I have a 3rd party wifi card I was thinking of using over the internal and it doesn't fit due to touching the frame of the graphics card.
Bloatware was minimal. Removed McAfee and a few other lenovo products. Adjusting windows preferences and such can be cumbersome but based on the user preference.
Build quality is actually really nice. Double checked all cables prior to power on and everything was snug and connected. Surprised at the cable management for a pre-built and the color scheme along with lighting, make it a good looking
Internal WiFi card works great. Able to utilize both 6E and 6 standard and achieve 400-500mbs downloads. No noticeable issue with online gaming for the week or two I used wifi. Since then its ethernet.
My power supply is a LiteOn 800W (gold). Might replace in the future but no issues or buzzing noises. I have the power supply filter cover.
Lenovo support did reply to tell me they are working a bios update to support future AM5 chips, and if that happens, that would be nice. They use a "custom" b650 motherboard but others have proven its more of a generic board that has been able to support other AM4 CPUs, RAM and SSD's.
I'll add my own thoughts. I have also had an almost entirely positive experience with this machine. I run exclusively at 1440p and have had no issues with any games 100+ fps on max settings. For less intensive games like Overwatch, I run at a comfortable 200+ fps 1440p with absolutely no issues.
There are actually two free m.2 slots available under the GPU (4 m.2 slots in total if we're including the included SSD and wifi card). Though, fair warning, only the top two slots are PCIe 4.0 x4, while the second free slot is x2. The included SSD will vary in manufacturer; for me, it was a solidly performing Samsung 1 TB. A very informal and unreliable observation of the included SSD seems as though it had a DRAM cache, if that matters to you. NOTE: there is a little "LEGION" wrapping on the included SSD. I thought "ok custom little Lenovo brand sticker" but no. It's just literal paper. Do yourself a favor and remove it if you open up your computer. Given the the positioning of the m.2 slots underneath the GPU, you really don't have space for heatsinks on any of the SSDs aside from the top slot. You might be able to get away with one of those flat, laptop-style copper heatsinks, but I doubt most people will need one anyhow. I will also say that the included m.2 screws were unreasonably tight. I would use pliers to twist the screws instead of an actual screwdriver. This saved me a colossal headache. I've included a picture of what it looks like under the GPU with every m.2 slot filled.
Mine also came with two DDR5 SK Hynix 16GB RAM sticks, but (thank you again tpk2263) you CAN absolutely getting them running at 5600mhz. Download Ryzen Master and set up a new profile (advanced view). From there, you can leave everything excluded (practically other overclocking features set to off) except "Memory Control". From there, tweak the memory speed from 2600 to 2800 (half of 5600; one for each stick). Apply and restart. After that, you'll get 5600mhz speeds permanently. I'd be happy to go more in-depth if anyone requires. Should only take a second to do.
My only major complaint was actually the wifi card. Mine came with a Realtek RZ616. While speeds were never an issue, I would get a consistent problem of Wifi disconnects, sometimes daily. I tried everything possible from updating drivers, to tweaking device manager settings and Windows OS features. My only solution was to bite the bullet and swap it for an Intel AX210. If you do have this problem, it's only about a $20 replacement card and it's very easy to swap out.
I haven't had any problems aside from that. For the price, I was very happy with the system. More information is available here: https://psref.lenovo.co

-$100 for optional gray market win 11 key that you can even buy on Slickdeals lol
Soo, about the same price as building it yourself.. kinda. Dunno how much a wireless card goes for.

If you ordered an alienware desktop, 99.9% chance that this is better. Alienware desktops have a history of being trash tier zero airflow reused cases from 1998, but with plastic all over them to hamper airflow more.
