1, Costco's carrying case is cloth, not leather
2, Costco's cleaning station doesn't not have the 3 water drop sign, to indicate how much liquid left in the cleaning cartridge. You can see the difference on product images
3, Costco's cleaning station is not compatible with Amazon's Pro's shaver. Meaning if you plug a Pro shaver into sport's cleaning station, it won't start cleaning(It does charge though), vice versa.
Correct me if I'm wrong
Note: This is the model 9820cc. The comparisons at Shaver Check [shavercheck.com] are particularly obsessive.
As for the cleaning station, I've had the Braun cleaning stations since the 5-series, and they are really just a gimmick to get you to pay more and buy supplies. These 9-series razors are fully sealed and clean very well under running water, and an occasional spray with shaver saver keeps it well-lubricated. I stopped buying the cartridges years ago.

you're wrong. cheap electric razor was cheap. 5 blade Gillette and this Braun gives me the same exact shave, except the Braun is MUCH A FASTER and I can be extra reckless and zero shaving burn so far
to be honest, this Braun handles the area under my chin much better than Gillette 5 blade. I get a better, closer shave with this Braun
