Clip the 30% and order with S&S, go back to the listing and clip the 25% that should now be there, go into your orders and cancel the 30% coupon order and be sure cancel it from your subscribe & save section too then you go back to the listing, checkout with Subscribe & Save again and both coupons should apply during Subscribe & Save checkout.
Works on some other varieties too, I picked up the 450ct Sensitive for about $4 with the 15% S&S discount.

Surprised this post made it this far since this is clearly an exploit. Not risking my account / a headache over $2.
For anyone not seeing 25% off coupon, please order first, then click the 25% off link, and then cancel order and cancel subscription, and then order again, you should see 30% + 25% off in the checkout page.

"The reason for the complicated steps is because the 25% coupon cannot be activated as long as the 30% coupon is active". Meaning if you haven't used the 30% coupon yet then you can't use the 25% coupon.
So place the first subscribe order and it'll apply the 30% off.
DO NOT CANCEL YET
Come back and click on the 25% coupon link, and instead of seeing "there's an error with this promotion…etc" it'll show that it is activated and this time some products will come up instead of nothing.
Now cancel the order
Go back to the product page, it didn't show any coupons for me on the page, but I checked out subscribe and save and all the coupons were stacked there at checkout.
