No support for Programmable Power Supply (PPS) means no Super Fast Charging regardless of the wattage.

This charger does have support for the optional 12V Power Delivery mode.

5V at up to 3A

I have seen a few amazon basic chargers, one for batteries and one for phones, and both are fire hazards. I would not use these.
