Regardless, they're still returns! If it were such a good product, why are so many being returned and offered as "used"? How will you know for certain if the one you purchase (which is supposedly "new") isn't actually a very clean, undamaged return?
Sorry for my skepticism, but this is a third-party seller and it really smells bad! I don't recall ever seeing 164 "used" items listed on Amazon!...especially with mostly positive reviews! I'd suggest avoiding this product!
It is heavy though, but the plastic has a nice soft texture and overall casing feels solid. For $15 I would not hesitate.

The Quest 3 VR headset draws even a bit more, so you want a battery with PD (supports 5V, 9V, and 12V) and 18-20W seem to be the sweet spot for keeping the headset charged, as long as nothing has changed, so this battery should be perfect for it! People debate if you need a 10k or 20k battery (because of weight), but since I use VR for many hours sometimes, I went with the bigger one. I heard Quest 3 headsets really drain 10k batteries quickly as well.
I believe this one got discounted since a new slightly lighter version came out (309g vs 363g, so 54g heavier), but even for VR I think that's a really small difference. I plan to use it as a counterweight, but some people will keep it in their pocket.
