They give you a 28oz big "perfect shaker" which I love and has never leaked/broke.

Pretty sure $5.95 is more than $3.15 but tell me how amazing and valuable the samples are ... vs the endless spam and ads you'll get.

Well perfect shakers run 10-12 dollars each and yes the samples are pretty great. Plus the styling is better. I never got spam.

That being said valid point.

There preworkout are awesome.
