This brand seems to be well regarded but this medium roast definitely is more like dark. And I agree on the high caffeine comment.

I've tried Kicking Horse a few times now and haven't been a fan. I don't find it better than any of the other brands that go on sale for cheaper on Amazon.

Off all different beans i bought, there r 2 different ones from KH, that just sit there. Something off putting about this. Might be personal preferences.

This coffee makes for a pretty good cappuccino with my machine. It's my backup when I'm over budget for the really good stuff. The grounds yield a nice, strong cold brew as well.

I wouldn't use it for drip coffee, if that's where the complaints are coming from.

It's hard to beat Lavazza when it's $15 or less for 35 oz. I just ordered THIS [amazon.com] with S&S for $13.49. That's equivalent to $3.83 for 10oz.
