I know on paper its better, has anyone here ran both? I got the Qrevo on this deal last time it was up, it just works. Tell it to clean, it does it with no issues (although I don't have kids toys/dog poop to worry about😂). I've seen some reviews/people that say the Qrevo works better besides the obstacle avoidance (better cleaning/better at mapping and faster cleaning). I could still return mine but I've been super happy with it, was on the fence between it and the X10 but for $200 less at the time and still $150 less I don't think the X10 is worth it.



What do you think the Chinese are going to do with your floor maps?? Sell you furniture that fits your layout???😂 I don't understand why so many people are worried about their house being mapped out, like what is the actual fear that they will do with it? Anyone breaking into your house isn't going to look for a floor map first🤣

I suppose it depends on the model you have. We have the S8 Pro Ultra and use the mop feature frequently. My previous Roborock didn't have the mop feature so I can't compare it. The mopping feature does do a good job (with a little of their detergent), but not as good as good hand mopping to get any tough spills or stains.

Based on the email updates i got from them, it's on a case by case basis. If they can repair it, they will. If the whole unit is toast, you'll get another refurb. I don't think they stock them given it took 3 weeks to get a replacement robot vac (Shark). Not much fuss at all and they kept me updated.

My two q5 refurbs have been good so far. Had one case of not returning to dock but it turned out to be a bad software update and a reset fixed it.

X2 that and lidar was why I upgraded finally from my ooolllddd Eufy 11S(?). The mopping is almost as good as doing it by hand (won't get out anything that's hard stuck). My upstairs is around 1200 sq. ft. and about 1000sq ft of that is wood or tile, this thing has been doing an amazing job on them. It passed the blacklight test in the bathrooms as well (can see a sharp edge of where it goes with nothing showing from the blacklight and where it doesn't get around the toilet 🤮👍).

Thinking of ordering a Q Revo since the S5 Max which I bought 4 yrs back is dying (Battery not lasting long, unable to climb even a thin rug).

However the 80 ml water tank capacity seems to be way too small in comparison with 290 ml on S5 max which I have now.

Does the Q Revo go back to the docking station for refill once the 80 ml is gone? Would 80 ml enough to mop a hard wood floor of 1000 Sq Ft?
