Here is what I got:

Fuel points (x4): 4000 point (4 times $1 off fuel, up to 35 gal each time).
I treat is as roughly (or more) 10% off visa card depends on how you calculate the points value.

Edit: Nevermind. The visa gift cards are 5% off, and another 5% back in UR points by using Chase/PayPal. Decent deal if you can use the fuel points and are able to liquidate the GCs.
