I've found the K'NEX of new to not be as good as the K'NEX of old. Pieces don't fit together as well or snap easily. Rollercoasters need a lot of tweaking to get working right.

this you buy and your kid starts building it but quickly looses interest because it's too complex, then start loosing pieces, pack it up and keep it in the garage, and eventually you throw it in the trash next time you are moving into your new rental house
