Best deal I've seen recently for a 1TB NVME PCIe Gen 4x4 which includes a DRAM cache. $64.99.
I've scouted plenty of 1TB NVME's from various vendors in recent days in the $50-$60+ range, but had trouble finding ones with a confirmed DRAM cache. Makes this more suitable for a primary OS drive.
Saved another $3.35 with the Microcenter charge card discount.
Unfortunately, it's In-store only, No shipping, so limited to those close to Microcenter stores.

Description:
M.2 2280 M Key Internal SSD
PCIe Gen 4 x 4
3D TLC NAND Flash
Read Speed up to 7,000MBps
Write Speed up to 5,5000MBps
6 Year Warranty

Seems decent but is that even a price drop? Most of the inland stuff seems to never sell for what they show as it's regular price...

About $15 less than the price on Amazon for the same thing. The UPC label on the front shows a riduculous $199 msrp. CamelCamel average shows about $85 average price over the last 3 years with the low reaching about $63 August 25.
Figured I'd post this for anyone who 'needs it now/soon' for a DRAM NVME and can't wait for Black Friday deal prices.

When I looked at budget nvme drives, they were between 250-350. So not too bad

I just did some googling and 700 is more than enough for 99% of users.

Also I just found out this is a in-house microcenter brand.

Good point on the TBW note. Out of curiousity, I checked my oldest and most used SSD with Crystal Disk Info (MX500). In a combined 3 years of continuous power on time it has written 25 TB total of data,. At that rate, it would take me decades to get to 700 TBW unless I decide to do some very heavy duty video editing tasks.

I see $74. Where did you get for $64?
