$70+5 shipping and 62.35+5 shipping. This price is about a dollar and change more than the lowest FP deal on the Thermapen One. $67.34 (in 2022) vs 68.67
Reasons to use a instant (1 second) read thermometer is waiting for the other ones to get up to temp means the food is cooling, or if checking on the grill, overcooking, while you wait. These thermometers are also calibrated. My cheapo one was off by 2 degrees when comparing to a thermapen one.
