Yes, I mean the charge for the line. After choose the plan, the charge in the cart shows 75. Does Metro keep the record for the previous port-in lines? I ported out one line already, so this should be my third line for this account, that could be the reason.

how come i am no longer eligible to add a line? i got the ip12 initially, i added ip 13 today. now i cant get another 12.

You can't add a line until your current order has shipped and fully activated -- if you ordered the iP13 today then you'll need to activate that first before trying to add another line

After you ported out one of your two phone lines, the existing phone line Flex plan will change from $35 to $75 per month. Metro also update the first month Flex plan cost for the one remaining phone and tell you to pay the difference immediately, but you can ignore it. When you tried to order another phone today, you are stuck with the full price of $75 for the Flex plan. That is because you ported out the number for your first phone.

You also need to finish online activation after it ships (or after you get it delivered) to complete the port process -- order tracking page on their website has the activation button

The fine print says you need to pay $50 to change plans after receiving the iPhone is this only for switching plans or also for canceling after the first month?

$50 fee for downgrading the plan if you want to keep using the service with cheaper plan -- nothing extra to pay if you just let the service expire after 1mo since its prepaid (you can also port out if there's another phone deal with another carrier)

fee only applies if plan to keep same account/number. Swap Device on MetroApp to any other phone IMEI then it will free iphone IMEI to add to any Metro Account even BYOD $25 plan
