where is the metro order shipped from? I placed order on 22nd, said delivery on 25th but it has not shipped yet, wondering if it is because it stuck at the porting process and I should call metro to speed up the shipping process.

If your order went through then your port isn't stuck and there's nothing for you to do except wait for it to ship -- calling won't do anything

Same here, placed order on 22nd and it still hasn't been shipped

The second phone I ordered will be delivered tomorrow and I was just wondering if I will be able to activate it after the 72 hrs grace period ran out.

Nope -- you need to activate it within the 72hr extension period

If its alrdy shipped then you can activate it online before its delivered

Thank you. I tried to activate it online, but I get error message saying that I need to call customer service. It seems like there is no option to activate the line unless I pay the balance.

I got a visible number for $5 and was able to get it metro and successfully order the phone for $75.
Question - once I get the phone - can I port the number from metro back to visible ?

Of course. From Metro account, generate a transfer PIN, and account number is also there.

Consider ordering a second phone as the line will cost only 35.
