I'll give this a try in another 24 hours. In the past, the issue resolves itself after a few hours. But that was with GV numbers. I wonder if it has something to do with the failed port being a Visible number.

Did you have to start over with your order when you called CS, or did you just tell them "I have a pending order under the name etc. etc." and they were able to look up your failed order attempt?

I called right away and told them I am trying to add a line and port in this number. She looked it and said it went through.

My first two phone with visible it went through fine. This third line is with us mobile. Us mobile is taking their time that is why she told me there is a hold on the port but my order is fine.

I got the same reply multiple times until I got a knowledgable rep who told me when they say the order when through they mean the port in, customer service does not have the ability help with phone orders. If you card was not charged and you did not get a order confirmation email, you have to ask them to cancel the port in and start again.

Good point, check your credit card account and see whether the charge was reversed.

The Cs told me to wait 24 to 48 hour. Some carrier dragging their feet when it comes to porting out. I am in no rush.

I got one device iphone 13 and activated it but when I tried to add another line and port another number, it went to port in process, waited 5 mins online and crapped out, tried this twice or thrice, even called CS and they cancelled the port in. Now, it still allows me to port in the number I want to but the order doesn't go through with a weird error. I am trying to get S24 FE

sorry we are currently experiencing technical difficulties - I tried multiple browser and even new account but the issue is the same, any guesses what can help here?
