I saw a few people offered PM to share the number but assuming all those are taken now

One year unlocking seems like a pretty good bet.
We unlock mobile devices that meet the following eligibility criteria free of charge:
The device must be purchased from Metro by T-Mobile.
The device must not be reported as lost, stolen or blocked.
Three hundred sixty-five (365) days must have passed since the device's activation date.
The service requirement begins from your phone's activation date. The first day your phone is active with Metro by T-Mobile counts as day 1. Please note that your phone's activation date is different from your account's activation date.
Note: For phones under warranty exchange, the activation date is the date you originally purchased the phone, not the activation date of your warranty exchange handset.
So now I have a dilemma. I had previously switched the device for the line that was originally paired to my sealed 12. Should I try switching it back to this 12? The problem is that the account that I had used to purchase this 12 just became suspended. I can request a 72 hr extension but I'm not sure if it will let me switch devices during the extension period and whether this phone will activate properly even if I'm able to switch?
Or, I have another phone on the way for a newly-created Metro account. Would it be ok to switch the device for that line to my sealed 12, which I would then turn on and activate? In otherwords, will the unlock timer get triggered properly if the phone is activated on a different account from the one it was originally purchased on?
I never received an email to activate. I called them and activated within 10 minutes.
