I did the iPhone 11 deal 18 months ago, and that was my only purchase.
That's interesting. I activated my iPhone 13 today, and immediately tried to order a 12, and got the same message. I was able to successfully order one an hour later.

May have to wait a bit, make a couple of phone calls, etc. The second time I also used a browser on the new phone, not the app. Logged in to my account only after plugging in my visible phone number after it approved my phone number. The metro website has always been wonky. Just try again later using a slightly different route.

Does anyone know.. what's the cheapest unlocked phone you can buy that has eSIM? I really want to do the Visible $5 e-SIM trick for this deal.. but sadly all my phones are currently locked. I'm wondering if anyone here knows of an inexpensive unlocked phone with eSIM that will simply be used as a device for downloading and activating eSIMs?

As long as you don't have any pending activation you should be able to order another line. I always wait for the phone to be delivered and then activate it. And then next day it allows me to add another line. So roughly 1 day wait is there.

So the 72 hr grace extension is counted from when you request the extension, and not from when your account became suspended?

Yeah I believe so. My first order payment was on 21st Sep, which got activated on 24th Sep. So my line was due on 24th Oct and I extended it yday so will get more clarity in next 2 days. Just fyi my a/c status is still showing suspended in their website.

Thanks for the info! Wondering if I should try to extend my account and order another one. But I am not sure that I will be able to activate the phone in time so it would only be good for trading in.

Tried to order >48 hours after account activation but still no success.
After multiple failed tries (new/existing metro account, phone number, email, ip address, wifi/cellular), I start to believe it's related to my address. I have ordered three phones under three different accounts. The fourth order cannot go through no matter what. Anyone was able to order more than three phones?

I feel like if you extend your service on weekday, you will be able to make it. Since their order usually delivers in 2 days. Last order was on Wed, Oct 23, 5:23 PM, and delivered on Friday.
