you need 1st phone to be full activated and able to receive text messages, then you can order 2nd line

I was having issues on the last part of the transaction as well. Phone number was already verified, and I was very sure I had the correct account and pin number. But porting verification failed. I will try again later tonight.

Same issue for me so I called customer service and they had to cancel the porting. Once they did that, I was able to place an order

I just successfully ordered a 5th phone (3 ip12 and 2 ip13), all on 1 account. Here is what I did:
  • 3 lines shipped to my address. I think that's the max they ship to 1 address. No security questions asked
  • 2 lines shipped to my friends address. Since the shipping address different from the billing address, hence 3 security questions asked for each order.
    I used visible for all numbers. A quick search on google will give you the referral code, no need to ask here.
    when ordering the 4th phone with my address, it didn't go through, and "add a line" option disappear on my account. Had to call and was transferred to the porting department to cancel the porting process. Immediately add a line and this time ship to another address. The order went through.
