Couple of questions, did you wait to receive and activate each phone before ordering another?

Second, did you use the same billing address and credit card when shipping to your friend?

third, any reason you got the iPhone 13s? I'm using these to trade in for gift cards so trying to get an many iPhone 12s as possible since it's worth more

Any issues with the fifth line or did it go through flawlessly with the new address ?

so you're saying i can get a iPhone 12 for $75 with a $5 one month plan and then i can cancel everything and just use it as a wifi device (still locked to metro or whatever) but i can just use it as a wifi device?

Yes, wait till they ship so you can activate that line online, after that you can add another line on your account.
5 lines with 2 names (me and my spouse), 2 cards under each of our names, same billing address.
We're pretty low tech so 13 will be our phones next year. My husband's still happy with his iphone SE 2nd from 2020 so it will be an upgrade for him lol.

Thank you for the tip. Unfortunately, didn't work for me. Cancelled the initial declined port but got the same "call to complete order" message after submitting a new order with a different shipping address. Oh well, got 3 lines done so I'll take it.

Yes, you can use it on wifi while waiting for it to unlock. You can buy additional free iphone 12 for $35 each when you add it to your account.

Anyway to unpair the imei of the iphone 12?

Don't have spare phone with esim support to transfer. Want to give this to someone who is on 15$ metro old plan but transfer rejects with imei belong to another user error. Don't want to pay for a physical sim.

See if any family or friends will let you borrow their IMEI -- otherwise not sure if a random IMEI will work if you Google for one

If you don't have another phone IMEI to switch to then wait for your account to be deleted after 2nd month which will free it up

Your 1st mo is paid for and then you skip 2nd mo payment -- the account gets deleted basically when the 3rd mo should've started
