888-863-8768 (888-8METRO8) - I did the Visible port and got 2 Iphone 12. Saw the tablet promo here on SD and tried to order online. I got the same please contact us, but credit card was charged $20. So i called the number, hoping they would just push the order through. Had to give all the info you enter online verbally to the rep, excruciating. Anyway, got another $20 credit card charge and an order confirmation email. Hoping the 1st $20 charge just falls off account.

Finally was able to order 5th line to a different address after couple of failed ports. Thinking if it's worth the time.. I did port out to visible and shuffle phone number so metro didn't have issues with that. I may order the free Galaxy Tab A 9+ which was showing $49 before, via phone order and be done with it..

I can't seem to add item into cart. I enter the port out number from Visible and hit add to Add to cart and nothing happens. This is my second order by the way.

I get this stupid error:

I am 2 days from renew new month, just ordered 4th phone, let's see if the phone ships If I don't renew.

Phone support asked for $25 activation fee for Samsung tablet. No thanks and ordered my 6th iPhone 12 instead online. Some reason tablet line doesn't go through online for me.

I can't understand how some people are ordering multiples, especially 4 to 6 more - when others can't even order a second one. What might you guys be changing or doing to keep from getting the "call us" screens?

Various factors like how early you were in the deal, shipping address, payment cards and ofc not everyone gets same issues. now they aren't allowing more than two phones for same address.. also have to port out and recycle numbers. 4th and 5th was kinda harder for me.

It says you have to be on metro for 30 days. Is that valid? Bec i just started a week back and it does not let me add tablet line for $20
