Some details about this Turok(from the product page):

Turok is back and no dinosaur is safe! When it was first released in 1997, Turok introduced gamers to a world teeming with cunning enemies, traps, puzzles and deadly weapons all within a vast 3D environment ready to explore. Now the classic game has been restored and enhanced with a new visual engine and exciting new features to sink your teeth into!

Game descriptions were a literary art form in the 90s.

Is the standalone remastered Turok 3 the same as the one on the bundle?

According to Nintendo's website, the publisher is Nightdive Studios, so I'm assuming these are all the Nightdive remasters. These all run at 60 frames per second on PC, but I don't know much about how they perform on Switch.

Even if I buy Turok, which I loved back in the day, it will not be 1997 again, & I'll actually feel sadder. "You can't repeat the past."

Growing up, I don't think I had heard of a single kid who got past level 3, let alone beat the game. Even from other school districts!

I don't think I even beat the first level. All the reason to play it now as a mature adult.

You're gonna make go like 30-45 mins between save points... And there's clunky fps platforming segments? It was like too stressful to try to progress back then! I recently played through turok 2 on PC, and it's pretty cool nostalgia (totally different with quick save and mouse aiming). The first turok feels like an alternate reality or evolutionary dead end for a shooter, I played for a few mins and it was almost bizarre how different it is from any modern shooter in every way. I know nothing about turok 3 and didn't get that when I got the deals on the first 2.
