The listing is confusing but documentation noted when this deal last appeared does indeed suggest this to be a 4-channel charger (so singles).

Do not buy this, its a fire hazard. I have this charger, and its absolutely one of the worst things you can buy as a battery charger. It gets hot to the point where the plastic can melt, and im not the only one that has had that happen. The EBL charger i replaced it with was much better.

I have this charger and it can do singles. Had indicator lights for each slot.

Have this charger for over a year and did not run into any of these issues.

I was going to say, not ETL verified. And given Amazon Basics' past history with electronics, it's important.
